Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO® is a family and community-oriented company operating a profitable full service real estate business dedicated to successfully meeting the needs and expectations of the people we serve. As a fee management company, we manage residential, commercial, and condominium associations for owners and boards. We have recently added an in-house maintenance division in order to provide timely maintenance service calls for our clients. We have a commercial and residential sales division which focus on listing and selling all types of commercial property and land, as well as single family homes.
We also have our own legal division called Water House Law Offices, LLC.
